Hazard Lights Flashing And Doors Unlocking

Hi can anyone help ive a 2005 zetec at the moment when try to open my windows they dont and my hazard lights flash 4 times and when i try to lock or unlock my car with the key or the fob it will lock again or unlock it also makes a clicking noise near the petrol cap

Check for broken wires in the drivers door gaitor especialy the big brown one

yes definitely the place to start - the clicking from near the petrol cap is probably the central locking activating the flap lock
